5 buck fix for Ebay Auction Cow script
Last week I bought a PHP script called Auction Cow. It is an Ebay affiliate marketing tool which clones Ebay auction listings (RSS style with pictures) in your chosen niches and also displays Google Adsense adverts, opening up another possible revenue stream. The idea is you get an Ebay affiliate commission for each click through. (BTW it requires NO database, just edit the config file with your chosen niche words and ftp upload. You have to join Commission Junction to receive the Ebay commission, but this is free and handles many other affiliate schemes too) To my dismay I discovered my copy of the auction script didn't work and the categories would not update with new listings when selected, you wold get the default no category word listing again. I spent some time and fixed the part of the script which was missing and faulty. Apologies for having to charge a few bucks to cover my time, but the fix is available from my blog.
If you haven't bought the script yet, you can buy it from me (I bought MRR rights) and obviously the fix is included. Sadly I actually enjoy using the script to view my own niches and see all the last minute auctions, but the real point of it is that as it constantly updates as the auctions come and go, you get fresh content, related to your chosen niche keywords. It's only a week old for me, so I'm yet to see what difference it makes to my traffic or Google Adsense figures. Anyhow if you want it, it is better you have a version that fully works - hence my under five buck fix. Apologies for the sell, but if you are interested in this script, it is a valuable service and benefit for you.
Sorry I can't spend my time for free, but it only takes a single extra click through because of the now full info presented, to pay for way more than my teabag priced fix. Peter
